Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal Anne of the United Kingdom has been named among the confirmed royal guests attending the funeral of His Royal Highness Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg this Saturday.
On the occasion of the late Grand Duke Jean's funeral service, the reigning monarchs of the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Monaco and Jordan will be represented by members of their respective royal families.
Representing the British monarchy, alongside Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, will be Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. Their Royal Highnesses the King and Queen of the Belgians, Their Majesties King Albert and Queen Paola, will also be in attendance, accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses Prince Lorenz, Princess Astrid, Prince Laurent, Princess Léa and Princess Elisabeth.
Her Royal Highness Princess Béatrix of the Netherlands, Their Serene Highnesses the Crown Prince and Princess of Liechtenstein and Their Majesties King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain will also be in attendance on this occasion. Similarly, Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark, Their Majesties the King and Queen of Norway and Their Majesties the King and Queen and Her Highness Princess Astrid of Sweden feature among the royal guests.
The reigning monarchs of Monaco and Jordan will be represented by His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco and Their Royal Highnesses Prince Hassan and Princess Sarvath, Prince Rashid and Princess Badi'a of Jordan, respectively.
