Following the fire that ripped through a residential building on Rue Jean Origer in the early hours of Tuesday 28 July 2015, the Grand Ducal Police today issued an appeal to the public for any information in connection with the incident.
The fire broke out at around 02:30 on Tuesday morning and quickly spread through the roof of a house, causing damage along both Rue Jean Origer and Avenue de la Gare.
The origins of the fire are now apparently being treated with suspicion, with the Police calling for anyone who was in this area of the Gare district and noticed any suspect vehicles, noises or people on the night between 27 and 28 July 2015 to come forward.
Members of the public with potential information related to the fire outbreak have been asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 4997 6119 or 113.
