QBox Art Gallery in Dudelange has announced it will host the vernissage for an exhibition featuring Swedish-born artist Ric Linder and Luxembourg-based creative artist Kasper Pikora on Friday 16 October 2026.
The organisers say the exhibition brings together two distinctive artistic approaches, combining expressive painting, graphic elements, abstract forms, and work created in response to the surrounding environment and offers visitors an opportunity to experience the contrasting yet complementary approaches of Linder and Pikora, from Linder's layered visual language to Pikora's location-driven abstract work.
The vernissage will take place from 17:00 to 22:00 on Friday 16 October at the QBox Art Gallery at 39 Rue de Hellange in Dudelange.
The exhibition runs from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 October.

Ric Linder
Ric Linder is a Swedish-born artist who spent much of his youth in Luxembourg. With a Bachelor of Illustration and a long history of exhibitions dating back to the late 1990s, he has continued to return to Luxembourg and its calm, inviting atmosphere.
Linder works in an expressive and intuitive style in which portraits, text, colour and graphic elements are interwoven. His paintings are direct and energetic, using a raw visual language of layered paint, handwritten words and fragments to explore themes of identity, contemporary life and human expression.
Linder describes the tension within his paintings as two different speeds working simultaneously. Beneath the surface are patient, deliberate compositions of colour and form, while the upper layers introduce faster gestures, handwritten elements and spontaneous marks.
Kasper Pikora
Kasper Pikora grew up in an international environment in Luxembourg and studied art at school before completing his education in Automotive and Transport Design in the UK. He subsequently spent four years working in Luxembourg's finance industry.
His artistic practice extends beyond the traditional studio environment. Around three years ago, Pikora embarked on a three-month project during which he painted large canvases live in 33 different locations, ranging from busy city roundabouts to urban parks.
The nomadic project took him across Europe and beyond, with spontaneous stops in cities including London, Amsterdam, Italy and New York.
Working in the open air, Pikora captures the energy and atmosphere of his surroundings. His work combines a structural approach to design with emotional expression, resulting in abstract paintings that reflect the character of each location.
His paintings are distinguished by intuitive brushstrokes and a natural balance of vibrant colours, creating works that are both spontaneous and visually structured.
