LUkraine asbl has reported that the City of Esch-sur-Alzette recently donated 88 computers to its Ukrainian twin city, Striy, in the Lviv region.
On the initiative of LUkraine, Esch-sur-Alzette and Striy became twin cities in October 2022. More recently, Luxembourg's second biggest city sent 88 computers to the Ukrainian city, to be used by residents there.
LUkraine said it was "honoured to be part of this collaborative gesture" and thanked Esch-sur-Alzette for its "incredible solidarity" with Ukraine. "This support of the Ukrainian people is a great example of the flourishing connection between our two countries!"
