Luxembourg recruitment and executive search firm Anderson Wise has announced that it is now adding Ireland to its jurisdictions.

"[E]ver since I moved to Luxembourg, almost fifteen years ago, I have always been interested in opening an Ireland desk. We have listened to our clients and as an independent firm, we are now able to offer recruitment services in Ireland", Andrew Notter, Partner of Anderson Wise, noted. "It makes a lot of sense to work across the two largest fund domiciles in Europe, represented by the Irish Funds Industry Association and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry. The shared management structures across the two countries allow us to support the leadership team of existing and future clients". 

As Mr Notter explained, one of the aims of the firm, set up in Luxembourg in September 2019, is to open the candidate corridor between both jurisdictions. "There already exists a flow of candidates between the countries and Anderson Wise will help facilitate these moves more easily. We are well placed to highlight the benefits of how international experience can develop their careers and offer further job opportunities". 

The firm has hired a former colleague to develop this market.
