This May, Luxembourg will be infected with Saturday Night Fever, with the Musical coming to the CAPE cultural centre in Ettelbruck on 14 May 2019 at 20:00.

It's the year 1976. Tony Manero is a young Italian-American working in his father's paint shop in Brooklyn. To escape his dreary work routine, he spends every Saturday night in the 2001 Odyssey disco. The 19-year-old dreams of leaving Brooklyn one day to lead a better life alongside a beautiful girl. For now, however, he can only live out his dreams on the dance floor - as an acclaimed disco-king. Tony sees his big chance in the form of a dance contest. But before he can take his place on the podium, he has to convince his dream woman to venture with him onto the dance floor.

Saturday Night Fever tells one of the most beloved dance stories of all time with legendary Bee Gees hits like Staying Alive, Night Fever or How deep is your love. The musical premiered in London in 1998 and was performed a year later on Broadway in New York.

This May, Luxembourg audiences can enjoy the musical, with songs in English and German. The musical lasts two hours and fifteen minutes (with a break).
