The fifth edition of the "Kinnekswiss loves..." open-air concert series in Kinnekswiss Park, spread out for the first time over three consecutive days, will take place on Friday 30 June, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July 2023.
This edition's headliner Stewart Copeland, drummer and founder of The Police, will perform on the first evening from 21:00, as part of his "The Police Deranged for Orchestra" tour. He will be accompanied by the Orchestre de Chambre du Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Military Band.
The musical programme will continue on the Saturday at 21:00 with the Philharmonie Luxembourg's "Rhapsodies on the Kinnekswiss". The Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg (OPL) will perform this show, under the direction of Gustavo Gimeno and accompanied on the piano by Yuja Wang.
To close this edition of "Kinnekswiss loves…", various ensembles from the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg will provide musical entertainment from 11:00 to 17:00 on the Sunday, with a concert scheduled for 19:30.
