Details:
The British & Irish Film Festival Luxembourg (BIFFL) 2024 is holding both a Spring Edition and an Autumn Edition.
- Spring Edition (18-23 March) at Ciné Utopia
- Autumn Edition (core festival between 15-21 September, with other special screenings before and after) mainly at the Cinémathèque, also at Ciné Utopia and Kinoler.
The festival involves the screening of 15-20 feature films, plus short films, from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland across a variety of genres (drama, comedy, thriller, documentary, animation,...) and also includes Luxembourg Luxembourg co-productions.
The festival also regularly invites Special Guests (actors, directors, producers, screenwriters,...) to Luxembourg to introduce their films and participate in post-screening Q&As as well as in seminars, conferences and workshops.
