Kinepolis is organising screenings of the documentary "Gauguin in Tahiti: Paradise Lost" at Ciné Utopia in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg on 4 and 9 February 2020, as part of its "Art at the Movies" series.
The film retraces the footsteps of a story that has become a myth. From Tahiti to the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia, audiences will discover the landscapes that inspired the French painter Paul Gauguin, visit places where he built houses with bamboo and leaves and see the light and colours that changed his art forever.
