The British Ladies Club of Luxembourg is hosting its 26th Car Boot Sale on Saturday 18 May 2019 from 09:00 until 16:00 at the Parking Adenauer in Kirchberg, a location first used last year since the Glacis car park is unavailable due to the LuxTram extension.
There will be a shuttle service to and from the Glacis with a red double-decker bus, running between 09:00 and 16:00.
The Car Boot Sale is open to private vendors who can sell unwanted second-hand items, e.g. bicycles, clothes, bric-a-brac, books, toys and furniture, from a table or the 'boot' of their car. Food and drink can only be sold by the Oasis stand. Stall set-up starts at 06:45 and selling starts at 09:00.
The event raises money for local charities supported by the Social Office of the Ville de Luxembourg via the fees charged to participants.
Registration for those wanting to have a stall is open from 5 April 2019 (NO bookings will be taken beforehand; payments by 2 May) and a spot costs €20 for BLC member and €25 for non BLC members (note: there can be no refunds if a spot is cancelled).
