As summer approaches, LuxStrength is organising the event "Strong(WO)man BBQ & Beer", in partnership with Crossfit Bear Crawl, on 22 June 2019 at 11:30 at the ATC.
This is the second edition of the Strong (WO)man workout competition. It will be an opportunity to test team spirit, personal limits and to challenge each other. While the workouts are all-level accessible, a minimum fitness level is required.
This event is a fun-based, friendly competition and a collaboration between two gyms, so priority will be given to members of these gyms.
