The yoga workshop "Sound Healing Journey" will take place on Sunday 17 March 2019 at the Instituto Cultural Espanol Antonio Machado from 16:00-17:30.
Instruments like the harp, gong, guitar and vocals will facilitate deep relaxation and well-being, together with breathing exercises and sound meditation techniques for the ultimate chill out experience.
