Details:

This year's "Koll an Aktioun" festival will take place on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June 2019 in Haut-Martelange, close to the border with Belgium.

For the 6th edition taking place on the historical site of the slate museum, visitors will be offered a broad and varied programme as in previous years. Since its first edition, the main goals of "Koll an Aktioun" have been to involve local actors and associations, respecting nature and the environment as well as being a family-friendly festival.

In addition to our music programme, street artists, readings and demonstrations of old crafts, a vegan brunch with food from regional origins will also be offered. Important novelties for this year will be a creator’s market with products from local designers, as well as a large circus tent specifically for the youngest visitors, in which various children's workshops will be offered during the day.

This year's "Koll an Aktioun" focuses particularly on a gender-equal music programme. As the first festival in Luxembourg, the organisers have set themselves the goal of guaranteeing the best possible ratio of both male and female artists.
