A lecture on the Trump administration will be held on 8 May at the Weicker Building on Campus Kirchberg of the University of Luxembourg at 12:30.

Susan Rose-Ackerman from Yale University will discuss the Donald Trump administration’s effort to undermine many well-established values behind the US administrative state, in this lecture entitled “US Congress and the Trump Administration: Permanent Damage or Short-Term Setback?”

Rose-Ackerman will also discuss how this shift in direction is taking place through executive orders and the appointment of cabinet and agency officials who are unsympathetic with the underlying goals of the statutes they are charged with enforcing.
