The Indian Association Luxembourg (IAL) is organising a Picnic at the lake Stausee at Losheim in Germany on Sunday 17 June 2018.
The Losheim Stausee lake leisure resort is located 330 m above sea level in a charming scenic low mountain range and the most beautifully located lake in south western Germany is part of the border triangle where Germany, France and Luxembourg meet and the Saar-Hunsrück nature park.
The day at lake will provide participants with many things to explore, enough for all ages.
The meeting place will be the P+R Bouillon in Luxembourg-Hollerich at 09:00, with departure at 09:30. The bus is expected to return there at around 18:30 - 19:00. The bus will have a seating capacity of 65 or 78 (only bus travel with the group is encouraged, except for parents with toddlers who can make their own travel plans)
The estimated cost per seat and entrance to the park is €18 per person (€15 for bus seat & €3 for park entrance).

Regarding food, it will be a Pot-luck gettogether, where each family will contribute a dish & drinks to a common table for all to share. Being a bus drive, dry food is recommended.
