On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October 2017, Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains will host the 9th edition of the Salon de l’Artisanat (Crafts Fair) with over 95 exhibitors representing over 25 different crafts during the two day fair.
Once again Casino 2000 will work in collaboration with the Luxembourgish Ministry of Culture, the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts (Chambre des Métiers) and the Région Grand-Est, all of whom are promoting the interests of local artisans. For 2017, as well as traditional crafts like jewellery making, ceramics and sculpture, there will also be an accent on the more unusual, such as hat making, glass modelling with blowtorch and artisanal haute couture, all of which will be demonstrated live during the exhibition.
