Details:  The British Embassy in Luxembourg has announced that the garden of the British Ambassador's residence (16 Boulevard F.D. Roosevelt, Luxembourg-ville) will be open to the public on Tuesday 4 July 2017, between 12:00 and 19:00.

In addition to visiting the gardens with their magnificent views across the Pétrusse Valley, visitors will have the opportunity to admire portraits of European cycling legends which British artist James Straffon has created to celebrate the return of the ‘Tour de France’ to Luxembourg.

Ambassador John Marshall recently had the opportunity to show famous Luxembourg cyclist Andy Schleck his portrait by James Straffon. Visitors will be able to see this portrait, along with those of other Tour de France legends including Charly Gaul and Eddy Merckx.
