Details: The Luxembourg Ministry of Agriculture, Viticulture and Consumer Protection's public conference on gluten-intolerance will be held on Saturday 25 March 2017 at Luxexpo – The Box, from 14:30.

The conference organised in collaboration with the Association luxembourgeoise des intolérants au gluten on the subject "Does the gluten diet concern you?" will be held this coming Saturday in Room 2.2. of the Luxexpo. The traveling exhibit will also be on show in Hall 8 during the day dedicated to the fight against food waste.

The public is also invited to attend an official reception at booth 8B25 at the Springbreak Fair at Luxexpo The Box, Hall 8, this coming Thursday 23 March from 17:00, where the Minister of Agriculture, Viticulture and Consumer Protection will discuss topics such as the primary production and processing of grains into food products such as bread, pasta, or beer, as well as information on the characteristics of different grains, the characteristics, origins and nutritional values ​​of bread and pasta, and gluten intolerance.

This information will also be distributed in brochures at the stand.
