How does Luxembourg Attract Wealth, Enterprise and Talent? Over the years, Luxembourg has launched a range of special residence permits for third-country individuals eager to settle down in the heart of Europe and enjoy a business-friendly and safe environment.
In this context, prior to summer 2016, the Luxembourg government introduced a dedicated draft Law (n°6992) which foresees, among others, an exclusive residence permit dedicated to third-country high-net-worth investors. This Law has been adopted on 8 February 2017. What is it about? How does it work? What opportunities does it bring for you and your company?
