Details: The Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise (Luxembourg Red Cross) is organising a "Roaring Twenties Dinner" on Saturday 19 November 2016 from 19:00 at the Tramsschapp in the presence of Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess, President of the Luxembourg Red Cross.
For its 20th anniversary, the Luxembourg Red Cross Ball has aroused an impressive enthusiasm. The celebrated presenter Stéphane Bern will be the MC for the evening of solidarity, which counts as highlights an exceptional auction (more than 60 prestigious and unique lots), conducted masterfully by Maître Stéphane Aubert of Artcurial Paris. The arlésian soprano Cécile Rives and her troupe will enchant the public by their voices, their playing and their dancing.
The organisers have attracted the best representatives of the culinary and artistic scene to guarantee the more than 400 guests an evening rich in sensations under the theme of the 20s as interpreted by the enchanting drawing of Christian Lacroix.
Since 1996, this gala evening, a fundraising event for the Luxembourg Red Cross, brings together a large number of generous donors from Luxembourg and other countries and has been so successful that the organisers have been over-subscribed in requests to attend. The 20th anniversary event is being organised for the benefit of the international activities of the Luxembourg Red Cross in support of the victims of natural disasters and conflicts.
