The Fondation Autisme Luxembourg (FAL) has announced that it is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Thursday 1 October 2016 with a magic show at 19:00 at the Geesseknäppchen Forum in Luxembourg-Merl (40 boulevard Pierre Dupong; free underground parking available).
According to the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg, autism affects 1 in 150 people and is a severe disability. The organisation plays an important role in supporting people diagnosed with autism across the Grand Duchy. Services for people with autism and their families have increased largely are constantly adapted, thanks to donations from the public.
They have therefore arranged an evening to celebrate this with a magic show in the occasion of its 20th anniversary; the magic show will be orchestrated by David Goldrake and is called “Prodiges ou les Propos d’un Prestidigitateur” which translates into “Wonders or Words of a Magician”.
“This show will make you quake in your shoes and send shivers down your spine. The magician creates a perfect balance between classic illusions and those of a new era,” the organisation promises.
The FAL will also celebrate with a special birthday cake at the event.
Doors open 19:00 and the show begins at 19:30.
Tickets cost €35 on the door and €30 if purchased before Thursday 1 September 2016. You can purchase tickets on www.luxembourg-ticket.lu or by tel. 470 895-1.
