Details: The American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) in association with the Indian Business Chamber Luxembourg (IBCL) are organising a joint event on 8 November from 18:30 at Autopolis in Bertrange, on the topic of the 1-1-1 Company.

Now that the Chamber of Deputies has voted into law the new category of 1-1-1 Company, this Town Hall meeting on 8 November to explain all of the details of how to set up and run this new company category. The principle guest of honour will be the Minister of Justice, Félix Braz, whose ministry is responsible for the new law. In addition to Minister Braz's keynote address, explaining the rules for setting up and managing this new 1-1-1 Company entity, Carlo Thelen, the General Director of the Chamber of Commerce, will introduce the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce with the Ministry of the Economy to establish a Centre for Entrepreneurship with dedicated services and support, located in the former Arendt and Medernach building, across the street from the Chamber of Commerce building. Karl Horsburgh, from Vistra, will continue with a presentation on taxation for micro and small companies and other information of interest to new entrepreneur company owners.
