Details: On Tuesday 18 October 2016, PwC Luxembourg will be holding the PwC Cyber Security Day in the Grand Duchy.
According to PwC Luxembourg, Cyber Security is becoming the top concern for leaders with governments, administrations, multinationals and SMEs looking to a new generation of Cyber Security solutions as a means of preventing, diagnosing and dealing with threats. The Cyber Security expert network of PwC Luxembourg and PwC's Accelerator have joined forces with a view to providing executives with a comprehensive and operational overview of new solutions.
Ten technology finalists will present their next generation solutions in Cyber Security to 200 investors and corporate stakeholders at a global pitching competition and networking forum. With this in mind, PwC's Accelerator is calling for innovative and fast-growing businesses to throw their hat into the ring for the chance to put forward their projects at the upcoming PwC Cyber Security Day.
Applications will be reviewed, according to their value proposition, internationalisation strategy, potentialy impact in the industry as well as its elevator pitch performance, by an independent jury before ten finalists are selected. The chosen companies will then be invited by PwC's Accelerator to participate in a coaching programme, allowing them to gear up for the final presentations during the PwC Cyber Security Day to be held on 18 October 2016.
Interested companies are invited to apply online here by 31 August 2016. Applicants should be companies with an internationally-oriented mindset and management, introducing a new technology with a next generation solution in Cyber Security, as a response to a true market need, preferably in a B2B model and proven on local markets.
