Details: The organisation Inspiring More Sustainability (IMS) will be holding its third workshop on Tuesday 12 April from 12:00 to 14:00 at Luxembourg's Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructures, (4 Place de l'Europe, L-1499 Luxembourg-Kirchberg).

It will address the issue of pooling resources in the Kirchberg area, specifically exploring the themes of canteens and sustainable supply of food to workplaces.

The workshop is not only intended to inform participants on the subject but to implement concrete actions such as the opening of existing canteens and institutions, the fight against food waste (creating bio-methane from organic waste) and encouraging easier access to regional products.

Speakers include:

- Gaëlle Rouby, Diet Manager at Sodexo, will speak on Sodexo’s philosophy concerning organic products, regional and vegetarian dishes present in company canteens.

- Caroline Pirson, Coordinator-Manager of Health Services at the Robert Schuman Hospitals, will be giving concrete examples of the benefit of pooling bio-waste treatment to maximise energy recovery.

The workshop is free to attend and will include lunch. Register on www.imslux.lu.
