Details: On Thursay 3 March 2016 at the Espace Namur in Luxembourg-Hamm, Great Place to Work® Luxembourg is organising its sixth annual conference and ceremony "Best Workplaces 2016" in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in a new format.
This year, the organisers will host two of the three No. 1 ranking Great Place to Work Europe: Bertrand Bailly, president of Davidson Consulting Company, and Frank Abbenhuijs, Human Resources Manager EMEA and member of the Board of Directors at NetApp. They will share best HR practices that have made the organisation of the companies in which to work and will give key participants to improve the change in their own businesses.

17:30 Welcome
18:00 a conference about "Best Workplaces' Secrets" with an intervention from two speakers coming from two of the three companies ranked number one in the European Best Workplaces 2015 list: Bertrand Bailly from Davidson Consulting company and Frank Abbenhuijs, HR Manager of the multinational NetApp.
19:00 a series of Meet&Match sessions to share Best Practices established and used by the different HR leaders in the Grand Duchy.
19:30 the Best Workplaces’ Awards Ceremony including, for the 1st time in Luxembourg, a ranking for the companies with a workforce of 20 and 59 people. This year is also marked by a significant progression in the number of responses, more than 12,000 people answered the Great Place to Work Survey this year compared to 3,400 last year.
20:00 Networking Walking Dinner giving you the opportunity to meet other HR managers in Luxembourg, the companies newly appointed Best Workplaces 2016 and the different speakers of the conference.
