Details: As part of autumn promotional activities of the wine institute in Remich, the winemakers of the Luxembourg Moselle are organising several events allowing consumers to discover or rediscover the wines and sparkling wines of Luxembourg, including:

• A week of tasting Luxembourg wines and sparkling wines, to take place at the Auchan Hypermarket in Kirchberg, from Monday 23 to Sunday 29 November 2015, daily between 11:00 and 18:00. A total of 9 winemakers will be present including Domaines Vinsmoselle, 4 independent winegrowers and 4 vintners.

• Wäikues / a week-end of tasting Luxembourg's finest wines in the Foyer of the Hall Victor Hugo in Limpertsberg, from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2015 (Fri 16:00 - 21:00; Sat & Sun 15:00 - 19:00). A total of 33 independent winemakers will be present.

To meet a growing demand for information through various means of communication, the Fonds de solidarité viticole (wine solidarity fund) has partnered with Claude François to the creation of a Booklet of Luxembourg wines and sparkling wines; this trilingual 32-page A4-format book (French, German, English), has a print-run of 140,000 copies and is being distributed throughout the country through i-mail.

Together they are also launching a Luxembourg Wine App (on iPhones & Android smartphones) detailing 700+ tasting notes in three languages ​​with many functions. The Lëtzebuerger Wäin-App application will be available in the coming days via the App Store.
