On Wednesday 2 December 2015, SOS Faim Luxembourg will be holding a 'Food Label Detective Workshop' to help participants learn what to look our for in their food products.

Together with Luxembourg Food Academy, SOS Faim has organised a workshop on deciphering labels. The event will allow those present to learn of ingredients and additives, comparing organic and conventional products, preparing products themselves and tasting the difference between home creations and products bought at the supermarket.

The workshop will take place from 18:00 to 21:00 at the Kulturfabrik in Esch-sur-Alzette. The evening will be conducted in French by Isabelle Henschen, MSc in Food Science. Whilst there is no participation fee, places are limited so to register contact dre@sosfaim.org. Participants are asked to bring in one small Tupperware container.
