: In a final seminar, participants will learn how corporate health management and the preservation of employee performance are not just trends, but rather key factors in the success of a company. Speakers Stefan Pelger, CEO of DKV Luxembourg S.A. and Harald Holzer, CEO vitaliberty GmbH will demonstrate how companies which promote healthy workplaces have been found to reduce health care costs, increase employee motivation and effectively increase productivity. DKV Luxembourg is the only supplier for the promotion of workplace health in the Grand Duchy, and promote it as a potential instrument in modern corporate strategies.

This subject has grown in significance as of late, following a petition submitted to the Chamber of Deputies Luxembourg for burn-out, the phenomenon of long-term exhaustion and diminished interest in work, to be recognised as an occupational illness in the Grand Duchy.
