The Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) will host a practical briefing on investing in Poland through Luxembourg fund structures on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at the Eversheds Sutherland Luxembourg offices (33 Rue Sainte-Zithe) in Luxembourg-Gare.
This event will bring together legal experts from Luxembourg and Poland to provide practical insights into investing in private and real assets in Poland using Luxembourg-based structures. Participants will have the opportunity to attend either in person in Luxembourg or online via Zoom.
The session will focus on legal and regulatory aspects of cross-border investments, including opportunities in Poland’s energy infrastructure and real asset sectors, the public procurement framework and recent tax developments affecting Luxembourg investment funds.

12:00 - 12:20: Session 1: Real Assets (infrastructure, energy and data centres), including structuring investments in Poland using Luxembourg funds;
12:20 - 12:40: Session 2: Private Assets (venture capital and defence investments), addressing key challenges and opportunities;
12:40 - 12:50: Session 3: Public Procurement Remedies in Poland, with practical insights for foreign investors;
12:50 - 13:05: Session 4: Fund Taxation 2026 and carried interest, covering recent Polish tax reforms and Luxembourg structuring considerations;
13:05 - 14:00: Networking lunch.
Speakers include representatives from Eversheds Sutherland Luxembourg and Poland, specialising in investment funds, tax, public procurement and energy sectors.
