The 18th edition of the Printemps des Poètes – Luxembourg poetry festival is taking place from Friday 25 to Sunday 27 April 2025.
The Abbaye de Neumünster (neimënster) in Luxembourg-Grund will host this year's opening evening on Friday 25 April 2025. However, the main poetry night – bringing together all participating poets – is scheduled to take place at the Forum da Vinci in Luxembourg-Ville (6 Boulevard Grand-Duchesse Charlotte) on Saturday 26 April 2025. The final day of the festival will take place in a more “intimate setting” at Galerie Simoncini in Luxembourg-Ville (6 Rue Notre Dame), with final readings and a closing discussion bringing together the participating poets.
The eleven invited poets are as follows: Laura Accerboni (Italy); Esteve Bosch de Jaureguízar (Catalonia, Spain); Jane Clarke (Ireland); Isabella Feimer (Austria); Michal Habaj (Slovakia); Rodolfo Häsler (Spain); Blandine Merle (France); Maria do Rosário Pedreira (Portugal); Tereza Riedlbauchová (Czech Republic); Leo Tuor (Switzerland); Luce van den Bossche (Luxembourg).
The poetry readings will take place with musical accompaniment by Luxembourg musician Pol Belardi and American-Luxembourgish guitarist Greg Lamy.
The festival is taking place under the high patronage of Luxembourg's Ministry of Culture and with the support of various embassies, including the Embassy of Ireland.
