FEDIL is organising the FEDIL Industry Day 2024 on Wednesday 11 September from 14:00 at Den Atelier in Luxembourg-Gare.
This half-day event is by personal invitation only. It will combine debates (in English) and an exchange of ideas between representatives from the worlds of politics, industry, science and academia, as well as networking opportunities.
Prince Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg and Lex Delles, Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism, are among those set to attend.
Following the welcome address by FEDIL Chairman Georges Rassel, two rountables are on the agenda:
1. "Carbon-free industry, a huge case for public spending?", featuring panellists from Deloitte Deutschland, Dyckerhoff, ArcelorMittal and Creos, as well as a former government minister and former MEP (Claude Turmes).
2. "Critical supply chains - a story of access and exits", featuring panellists from CapitalAtWork Foyer Group, the European Commission, Ferrero, FEDIL and IEE.
The closing words of Minister Delles will be followed by a networking reception and barbecue.
