The Institute for Financial Integrity and Sustainability (IFIS) is organising a luncheon conference on "The Law & ESG" at Cercle Munster in Luxembourg-Grund on Thursday 25 April 2024 at 12:30.
Leading the conversation is Me Emmanuelle Mousel, Partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance and Banking & Financial Services practices of Arendt & Medernach. Her areas of expertise include licensing, M&A and issues pertaining to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing. She is also an expert in environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters and regularly advises clients on its many legal applications, including organisational and conduct of business rules.
