Details:

The tenth edition of Luxembourg Art Week, the international contemporary art fair in Luxembourg, is taking place in Glacis in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 November 2024.

As reported by the organisers, the opening of the fair will be preceded by a series of invitation-only events starting on Wednesday 20 November 2024.

Since its inception in 2015, Luxembourg Art Week has worked towards establishing itself as an "accessible, cosmopolitan and forward-looking" regional fair with a European vision. It showcases both local and international players, fostering transnational exchanges and projects among artists, collectors, gallerists and institutions.

With over 22,000 visitors, the fair has built its reputation on the European art fair circuit thanks to its presence in the regional artistic and cultural landscape and ongoing dialogue with neighbouring countries.

This year, the fair will bring together 77 galleries and artist collectives within two sections: Main Section (56), the primary section, and TakeOff (21), the emerging section.

The fair has also updated its visual identity to mark "a decade of change". The central element of this new identity is the "X", the Roman numeral both signalling the tenth anniversary edition and symbolising Luxembourg's position "on the geographical and cultural crossroads of Europe".

Opening hours: Friday 22 November, 12:00-18:00 (Nocturne from 18:00-22:00); Saturday 23 November, 10:30-19:00; Sunday 24 November, 10:30-18:00.
