Details:
From Friday 12 to Monday 22 April 2024, fifteen vintage cars will be on display at City Concorde for the Classic Car Expo by ACL & City Concorde 2024.
The Automobile Club of Luxembourg (ACL) reported that it will be exhibiting a unique and previously unseen selection of vintage cars in the aisles of City Concorde for the second edition of this event. Visitors will be able to admire and discover models such as the rare Lancia Aprilia Sport Zagato. "It dates back to 1937. There are only two examples in the world: this one and another in the United States," explained Frank Maas, head of the ACL's historic vehicles department.
As well as ACL's yellow Ford Transit, this unique selection will include a 1930 Delage with Million-Guiet bodywork and a 1952 Mercedes 220 Cabriolet. A more recent Lancia Delta EVO 1 will take visitors back to Martini Racing's rallying days and the legendary "Group A". A 1966 Ford Anglia and a 1973 MG B V8 will also be on display.
The exhibition will provide a taste of what is in store for spectators at the ACL Classic Tour 2024, which is taking place on Thursday 9 May 2024 (Ascension Day).
"After the success of the first edition of the 'Classic Car Expo by ACL & City Concorde', we wanted to repeat the experience and show once again our expertise in preserving these testimonies of the past," added Frank Maas.
The exhibition is open to the public who can also visit the ACL stand for information and advice on the services offered.
