Details: The Luxembourg Rose of Tralee organisation is holding a "Good Luck" party for Laura Droog in the Black Stuff on Friday 24 May from 19:00 before she heads to Ireland on 28 May to represent Luxembourg in the Rose of Tralee Regional Finals in Portlaoise.
Laura will fly over to Ireland on 28 May, courtesy of Cityjet, and the Regional event starts on 29 May when all the Irish and International Roses gather in Portlaoise. On 30 and 31 May the Roses will participate in local community events, visiting schools, hospitals and participating in a vintage car parade. The Roses will all go through both an individual and group interview process with the judges and the girls will all be interviewed over three evenings on stage from 31 May to 2 June, with the finalists all announced on the final selection evening, 2 June. Laura will appear on stage on the Sunday evening - the Luxembourg organisers hope that by the end of the evening, she will have secured her place in the Finals which will take place in Tralee in August 2013.
