Luxembourg Museum Days will take place on Saturday 20 May and Sunday 21 May 2023.

This will be a free-of-charge opportunity to discover permanent and temporary exhibitions, workshops, activities and guided tours in 37 national museums.

Organised by the Luxembourg National Committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), Luxembourg Museum Days will be celebrated as part of the 46th International Museum Day, a day observed by the international museum community organised every year since 1977 by ICOM.

International Museum Day 2023 will focus on sustainability and well-being in museums. 

As part of the Luxembourg Museum Days, ICOM Luxembourg will present a selection of five member museums from different parts of the country: the Mudam Luxembourg in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, the Literary Museum Victor Hugo in Vianden, the National Museum of Brewing Art in Wiltz, the Kulturhuef Museum in Grevenmacher and the Grand-Ducal Police Museum in Capellen.

The Luxembourg Museum Days will take place on 20 and 21 May from 10:00 to 18:00. Admission is free for all.
