The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC), in partnership with Allen & Overy, is organising an evening legal forum called "Upcoming implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive – What do Luxembourg-based companies need to prepare for?" on Wednesday 12 October 2022 at 17:15 at Allen & Overy in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

As the Luxembourg implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive approaches, decision-makers of Luxembourg-based companies need to know the impact that the Luxembourg whistleblowing law will have on their organisations and the measures they shall put in place in order to comply with the upcoming legal requirements.

During this seminar, legal experts from Allen & Overy will guide attendees through the main aspects of the Luxembourg draft whistleblowing legislation and will share their practical recommendations from an employment law, data protection and general litigation perspective.

Guest Speakers:

•    Christophe Ernzen, Counsel (Employment law)
•    Clara Duc, Associate (Employment law)
•    Lena Wanlin, Associate (Litigation)
•    Paul Wagner, Associate (Data Protection)

This event is free for BCC members and costs €20 for non-members.
