ONE Group Solutions Appoint Frederic Van Ingelgom as Group CCO

On Monday 14 September 2026, ONE Group Solutions announced the appointment of Frederic Van Ingelgom as Group Chief Commercial Officer.

ONE, a specialist provider of governance, compliance and technology-enabled fund solutions based in Luxembourg-Howald, reported that Frederic Van Ingelgom officially joins the group on Tuesday 15 September in a newly created role to lead commercial strategy, to deepen client relationships and support ONE’s next phase of international growth.

Based in Luxembourg and reporting to Steve Bernat, co-founder and Group CEO, Frederic Van Ingelgom will lead ONE’s commercial strategy across the group. His remit will span business development, client relationships, market positioning and the coordination of commercial activity across ONE’s international presence.

ONE detailed that the newly created role reflected the scale and ambition of the business as it continues to invest in senior talent, accelerate its technology roadmap and expand into markets where clients require support. Frederic Van Ingelgom will work closely with ONE’s leadership and specialist teams to translate those investments into sustained, client-led growth while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and service focus on which the Group has been built. 

Frederic Van Ingelgom joins ONE from HSBC Securities Services in Luxembourg, where he served as Business Development & Client Management Director and was responsible for developing the existing client base and leading new business activity for asset owners and managers. Before joining HSBC in 2020, he spent more than a decade at Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg, progressing through client service and relationship management roles.
