                                    The LCGB trade union recently announced it signed a collective agreement for the 91 employees of the Saica Flex Luxembourg SA company in Rodange.
This agreement will be valid for a period of two years, i.e. from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
Despite the current difficult economic situation, management and the LCGB were able to negotiate the following points:
- introduction of a substantial performance bonus;
 - increase in overtime payment of 75% for Saturdays worked from 14:00;
 - introduction of a new salary scale from 1 May 2024;
 - introduction of additional extraordinary leave to the legal framework;
 - two additional days for the death of a spouse or a first-degree relative;
 - two additional days for the death of a minor child;
 - introduction of a bonus allocated to training as part of the development of versatility;
 - introduction of a versatility validation system with self-assessment;
 - clarification of the compensation and the conditions of the maintenance penalty are stipulated for the first time within this agreement.
