ASTI, the association for migrant workers in Luxembourg, has announced that registration is open for the new training cycle of its “Connections4Work” project; the new cycle will start on Monday 24 February 2020.

Connections4Work is a project aimed at integrating migrant job seekers and job seekers who are beneficiaries of international protection into the job market. The project focuses on two sectors: catering and cleaning.

The project offers intensive French language courses (FLE) oriented in catering or cleaning jobs. These will take place from Monday to Thursday morning at the Chambre des Salariés in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie. It also offers practical information sessions on the various accessible trades, employability and specific training in the chosen field (safety, hygiene, etc.) every Friday, as well as a 240-hour unpaid internship in a company, allowing the candidate to have their skills assessed in the chosen field.

Only people registered with ADEM or who receive benefits from the National Office for Social Inclusion (ONIS) can register for the project.
