Luxembourg-based non-profit organisation Unity Foundation has announced that its workshops are now certified by the IFEN national education training institution.
Unity Foundation has been organising various workshops in schools and training teachers for the past six years.
According to the non-profit, the newly received IFEN certification represents "an important step in the formalisation of its activities in Luxembourg."
Unity Foundation added that this recognition "confirms [its] commitment [...] to promoting students' well-being in their schools and also opens up new prospects for collaboration with national school structures."
The six workshops, based on short films, have been added to the IFEN catalogue of teacher training courses in Luxembourg. These workshops are based on the four pillars of personal development, team-building, social and civic engagement of youth to improve the world around them, and the use of the arts to stimulate reflection, expression and action.
