CELL – the Centre for Ecological Learning Luxembourg has announced the return of its gardening training courses, set to start in the new year.

In order to meet the information needs of gardeners involved in the food and ecological transition process across the country, CELL will be offering a series of training courses in gardening from January 2022.

The training courses will take place initially in several municipalities in the south of Luxembourg, namely Hesperange, Differdange and Dippach. Open to all, the courses will take place outdoors and / or online and will allow participants to learn, for example, how to make a cultivation plan, how to include wild vegetables in their vegetable garden or  how to create a vermicompost.

The first training course, entitled “Apprendre à faire un plan de culture" (learning to make a cultivation plan), will take place in French on Sunday 9 January 2021, from 10:30 to 12:30, at the community garden of Hesperange.

To register, send an email to eisegaart@cell.lu and make a contribution in the form of a donation (the amount is left to the discretion of the participant). The donation must be paid before the date of the training course via bank transfer to the account of the CELL association: LU14 0019 4955 0016 6000 (indicating the donation, the name of the participant, the date and the name of the course during the transfer). Registrations will be confirmed by email.
