With the tagline "Try Something Different", The Second Degree asbl has announced details of its new term, with classes starting the week commencing Monday 6 February 2017.
New this term is Sewing Basics on Wednesdays from 19:00 - 21:00 and its follow on class Sewing Basics- The Next Step on Thursdays from 19:00 - 21:00. For the students who are interested in sewing or already have some experience, these courses are an opportunity to gain confidence and skills with a sewing machine.
Moreover, The Second Degree has introduced a new dance course for anyone over the age of 16. The dance theme is “Contemporary Lyrical” for beginners in dance, teaching mainly solo dancing with a professionally choreographed routine.
The new programme will also feature popular courses such as photography, oil painting, furniture upholstery and sculpture, among others.
The Second Degree has also updated and simplified its website. It is an Adult Education Programme based in Luxembourg. A wide range of courses is offered in English over an eight-week period, typically 2 hours per week in the evenings. This format enables people to develop their knowledge of a favourite topic, or brand new one in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with fellow enthusiasts.
