The WebForce3 school, dedicated to training Web developers-integrators, opened its first establishment in Luxembourg on Monday 30 November 2015 at the premises of Technoport in Esch-sur-Alzette.

The opening of this new WebForce3 school, which provides an intensive training course comprised of 490 hours over three and a half months, forms part of the 'Fit4coding' strategic initiative launched by the Luxembourg Government and co-financed by the European Social Fund. This addition is formulated in a partnership between the Agence pour le Développement de l'Emploi (ADEM) and the NumericALL company, which operates the WebForce3 franchise in Luxembourg.

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy has welcomed the partnership and the opening of the new school, at which 17 jobseekers have begun Fit4coding training to enable them to apply for a position as a junior developer/integrator.

NumericALL consolidates education in the form of the WebForce3 school; ADEM's expertise in identifying potential candidates passionate about computing and looking for opportunities; and links with enterprises requiring these competencies, with companies such as Vanksen, Kneip and PwC having already initiated partnerships with NumericALL. Discussions are reportedly underway with other major economic players to prepare the skills they need.

The school will be officially opened on 14 January 2016, in the presence of Minister of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, Nicolas Schmit.
