Luxair has reported that it expects operational disruptions on Wednesday 10 September 2025 due to a planned French air traffic control (ATC) strike.
All flights entering or transiting French airspace may be affected. Additional delays and schedule changes are also possible on other routes, as rerouting and reduced capacity could cause knock-on effects across the network.
Luxair stated it is closely monitoring the situation and working to minimise disruption.
Passengers have been advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure to avoid additional delays and to check their flight status in advance. The airline said it will communicate any changes directly to affected passengers through the contact details provided in their booking.
Luxair apologised for the inconvenience and reiterated its commitment to providing the best possible service and limiting the impact of external disruptions.
"Block Everything" protests and strikes in France are also expected to disrupt rail traffic in Luxembourg and elsewhere.
