Luxembourg's Cactus Group has announced that Le Grand Casting will return to Luxembourg, set to take place on Saturday 24 October 2026, from 13:00 to 16:00, at the Belle Etoile shopping centre in Bertrange, offering aspiring models the opportunity to take part in a casting session.
According to Cactus, this year's edition will feature the "exceptional" participation of international modelling agency Ford Models Paris on the jury, giving aspiring models the opportunity to present themselves before industry professionals.
The casting is open to everyone aged fourteen and over, regardless of previous modelling experience. Participants will first appear before the jury, with shortlisted candidates having Polaroid photographs taken to assess their photogenic qualities. They will then take part in a final round before the jury announces its selection.
Successful candidates will gain access to Model Camp, a one-day event in Paris, France where they will receive guidance from modelling professionals, meet representatives of leading agencies and explore opportunities for a professional modelling career.
This year's edition will also welcome back around ten young talents identified during the 2025 casting. They will return to demonstrate their progress and compete for a place at Model Camp in Paris.
Some participants may also have the opportunity to sign a contract with VICTORIA, the agency behind Le Grand Casting, which supports aspiring models in developing and managing their careers and connecting with international modelling agencies.
Victoria Da Silva, President of Le Grand Casting, commented: "Our return to Luxembourg is also an opportunity to reconnect with the young talents identified last year and discover how they have progressed. Some may now be ready to take the next step. With the exceptional presence of Ford Models Paris on the jury, this edition promises to be particularly exciting."
Organisers recommend wearing close-fitting clothing and attending without make-up.
