Samsa Film has announced that the immersive experience "Radio Luxembourg - Ghosts of the Villa", presented at Villa Louvigny, has been extended until Thursday 30 April 2026.

Recently featured in the Immersive Competition at the latest Luxembourg City Film Festival (LuxFilmFest), the production company described the project as “a true success” since its opening, noting that the experience quickly sold out, with visiting slots regularly fully booked.

In response to this strong public interest, the organisers explored the possibility of an extension to allow a wider audience to discover this project at the crossroads of history, sound creation and immersive installation.

The organisers confirmed that this extension has been made possible with the support of Film Fund Luxembourg, the Centre national de l’audiovisuel and the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte.

Conceived as a sensory journey through the memory of the site, "Radio Luxembourg - Ghosts of the Villa" invites visitors to experience Villa Louvigny differently by listening to “the traces, voices and imaginaries that have shaped the history of Radio Luxembourg”.

Samsa Film highlighted that the experience blends archival material with contemporary creation and creates a dialogue between heritage and storytelling, giving voice to what remains and what still resonates.

A break from the screening will take place from Sunday 5 to Tuesday 14 April, during which Villa Louvigny and the experience will not be accessible. For more information, including opening hours and booking details, visit www.radio.lu.
