The City of Luxembourg, has announced a Family Day, offering a programme for children and their parents, at Cercle Cité (Place d'Armes) in Luxembourg-Ville.
Running on Saturday 31 January 2026, from 11:00 to 17:00, the programme will feature opportunities for members of the public to (re)discover board games and wooden games, as well as to take part in a variety of cultural and artistic workshops, including origami, calligraphy, optical toy making, creating badges inspired by works of art from the City's collections, as well as the creation of postcards illustrating the founding myths of Luxembourg.
At 16:00, the day will conclude with a musical performance by the guitar and accordion ensembles of the Conservatoire of Luxembourg City.
All workshops requiring prior registration are already fully booked, activities without registration remain open to all visitors free of charge.
