Beaufort Castle to Host Open-Air Performance of 'Romeo & Juliet'

The Luxembourg Monuments Centre / Centre des Monuments du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg (CML) has announced that a special open-air performance of Shakespeare’s “Romeo & Juliet” will take place at Beaufort Castle on Saturday 9 August 2025 at 20:30.

According to CML, the open-air production, staged by the theatre company Olive de Lux, will highlight both the creative work of the cast and crew and “the rich heritage of the Grand Duchy.” The event is described as a summer highlight that will showcase a new staging of Shakespeare’s timeless play in “a magical and enchanting setting.”

Tickets are priced at €1.50 for Kulturpass holders, €10 for young people (aged 7-26) and €20 for adults.
