On Saturday 19th July 2025, Luxembourg’s annual Blues’n’Jazz Rallye will take place across numerous venues and sites in the Pfaffenthal, Clausen and Grund districts of Luxembourg City, with thousands of visitors expected to attend.

Organised by the City of Luxembourg (VdL) and described as “a unique musical experience”, the Blues’n’Jazz Rallye is a staple of the city's summer calendar and will feature performances from around 40 different acts in the area’s cafes, clubs and on open-air stages.

The VdL has announced that there will be nine distinct areas established, offering a blend of jazz and blues performances, set up across the UNESCO-listed historic backdrop of Luxembourg’s fortifications and old town.

The organisers invite attendees to enjoy “a night of immersive musical experiences” with performances by “world-class musicians” and have confirmed that food stalls will be available at key locations, while various cafés and restaurants will also offer dining experiences in front of their establishments.

The VdL has organised a dedicated shuttle service, the Line 50 – Blues’n’Jazz Rallye, which will operate from 17:30 to 03:30, and will run between Glacis parking, Pfaffenthal, Clausen, the city centre and back to Glacis parking. Other regular bus lines, including Lines 9, 14, 15 and CN1, will also serve the city during the event, with some minor route changes to accommodate the crowds.

Road traffic will be restricted in the Grund and Clausen neighbourhoods from 17:30 on Saturday 19 July to 06:00 on 20th July. As a result, specific parking bans will be enforced in these areas.

Further details on transport and traffic updates can be found at bluesnjazz.vdl.lu.
